"And regarding the steps that we need to take to improve relations with the US. At least the economic ones are the issue of tariffs. Therefore, I propose to unilaterally abolish tariffs on goods produced in the US," he wrote.

According to him, tariffs on American products are "an insignificant amount for us now."

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Yuliya Svyrydenko noted that the introduction of new tariffs by the US is difficult for Ukraine, but not critical.

On April 2, US President Donald Trump announced the introduction of "reciprocal tariffs" in response to the actions of other countries around the world, in particular, Ukraine will be subject to "base" 10% tariffs.
