Ukraine to receive over EUR 21 billion from allies at Ramstein – UK Ministry of Defence

Today's discussions at the Ukraine Defence Contact Group meeting led to new commitments from allies to provide more than EUR 21 billion in military assistance.

UK Defence Secretary John Healey announced this at a press conference.

"The new pledges of military aid announced today through the UDCG total over EUR 21 billion. This is a record boost in military funding for Ukraine," Healey said.

The UK Defence Secretary noted that the largest contribution this year is GBP 4.5 billion from London.

The publication notes that Healey joined his German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius in condemning dictator vladimir putin's ongoing aggression.

"Today marks a month since Russia rejected President Trump's peace deal. Putin said he wanted peace, but refused a full ceasefire. Putin said he wanted peace, but continues to stall and drag out negotiations. Putin said he wanted peace, but his troops continue to shell Ukraine, both military and civilian targets," Healey concluded.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Electronic Warfare Coalition was created in support of Ukraine during a meeting of the Ukraine Defence Contact Group (Rammstein).

It was also reported that Germany is trying to collect any air defense system around the world to transfer to Ukraine, as well as find money to buy everything it can get.
