Dnipro City Council Member Yurii Fedko, whose car exploded in Dnipropetrovsk Region, died in hospital - case investigated as terrorist attack

Member and head of the Left Bank Administration of the Dnipropetrovsk City Council Yurii Fedko, who was injured in a car explosion, died in hospital.

This was reported by the Proposytsia party.

It is stated that the police qualified the event as a terrorist attack and opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Law enforcement officers are developing three versions:

• a crime ordered by russian special services to destabilize the situation in the state,
• hostile relations between the victim and the alleged perpetrator,
• professional activity.

Recall that the explosion occurred on April 4 at around 7:40 am. 61-year-old Fedko and his wife were injured.
