This will happen 100%, Trump confirms his claims to Greenland

US President Donald Trump said that the seizure of Greenland will happen 100%. One of the possible scenarios is the seizure of the island by force.

He said this in an interview with NBC News.

"We’ll get Greenland. Yeah, 100%," the US President said.

Trump believes that the US will be able to annex the island without military force, but he does not rule out that this could happen by murderous means.

The US President also admitted that he had not thought about the signals that the possible occupation of Greenland would send to russia.

"I don’t really think about that. I don’t really care. Greenland’s a very separate subject, very different. It’s international peace. It’s international security and strength. You have ships sailing outside Greenland from Russia, from China and from many other places. And we’re not going to allow things to happen that are going to be — that are going to hurt the world or the United States," Trump said.

Recall that in mid-March, the US President had already announced his plans to annex Greenland, which belongs to Denmark.
