Ukraine will receive licenses for production of air defense systems and expanded access to intelligence - Zelenskyy

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine's partners will provide it with licenses for the production of air defense systems. Kyiv will also receive expanded access to intelligence information.

According to RBC-Ukraine, the head of state said this during a briefing on Friday, March 28.

According to him, the partner states promised to provide Ukraine with expanded access to intelligence and satellites, as well as to relevant technologies.

Zelenskyy also said that Ukraine has agreed with a number of countries to provide licenses for the production of air defense systems.

He did not specify whether this concerns exclusively the production of ammunition or whether Ukraine will receive licenses for the production of anti-aircraft missile systems.

The President added that he will seek from partners to provide licenses for the production of artillery systems.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on March 26, French President Emmanuel Macron announced that his country would provide Ukraine with a military aid package worth EUR 2 billion, which will include armored vehicles, missiles for aviation and air defense systems.

Recall, on March 13, Reuters reported, citing its own sources, that the United States had resumed supplies of GLSDB aerial bombs to Ukraine. They are used to deliver precision strikes.
