Nova Poshta opens new branch in the Netherlands

The Nova Poshta express delivery company has opened a new branch in the Netherlands.

This is stated in the company's message, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

The statement says that Nova Poshta entered the Dutch market in October 2024, launching express delivery services.

Currently, the company is expanding its capabilities for customers and has opened its own branch in Utrecht.

The delivery time from Ukraine to the Netherlands is from 6 days.

It is noted that in the new branch in Utrecht, customers can send and receive documents and parcels weighing up to 100 kg.

The branch is located at Overvliet 2, and is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Nova Poshta customers can also call a courier to pick up a pre-paid and packed shipment from any address in the Netherlands.

This can be done via a multilingual website, personal account or mobile application available on Google Play and Apple Store.

The company's digital services also allow you to create delivery notes, find the nearest service points, find out their working hours and track the movement of the parcel in real time.

You can also pay for delivery online, including through the IDEAL payment system.

Each parcel is insured at the company's expense. In case of damage or loss, Nova Poshta guarantees full reimbursement of the estimated cost of the shipment.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Nova Poshta has launched parcel delivery to its own points in ten cities in the Czech Republic.

Nova Poshta is already operating in 16 European countries.

Nova Poshta is an operator in the express delivery market of postal items in Ukraine, established in 2001.

Vyacheslav Klymov and Volodymyr Popereshniuk are the owners of the company.
