Negotiations between delegations of the United States of America and the aggressor country of russia have started in Saudi Arabia, which are taking place the day after technical consultations between American representatives and the Ukrainian side.

The meeting is taking place in a closed format at the five-star Ritz-Carlton hotel.

The russian side is represented by the chairman of the Federation Council's international committee Grigory Karasin and advisor to the FSB director Sergei Beseda.

The day before, on March 23, negotiations between the American and Ukrainian delegations took place in Riyadh.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on March 23, representatives of Ukraine met with a delegation from the United States.
