No DPRK soldiers recorded in russian infantry groups in Sumy Region - Siversk OSTG
The military did not record the presence of DPRK soldiers among small groups of russian infantry trying to penetrate deep into the Sumy Region.
This was reported by the spokesman for the Siversk Operational and Strategic Troops Group (OSTG) Vadym Mysnyk on the air of a telethon.
According to Mysnyk, russia is actively using small infantry groups (SIGs) to attempt to penetrate the territory of Ukraine. At the same time, there is currently no information about the participation of DPRK soldiers in such groups.
"Here we should distinguish. Sabotage and reconnaissance groups are mostly special forces, they carefully prepare for their activities. Now the enemy is also using just small groups of infantry. In this way, they are simply trying to enter our territory to gain a foothold, accumulate forces and expand the zone of active combat operations. But we are counting these groups and destroying them as much as possible. At the moment we have no information (whether there are military personnel from the DPRK among them - ed.). We had no detainees or prisoners," he noted.
Recall that South Korean intelligence recorded that the DPRK deployed additional troops to support the war of the aggressor state.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, according to the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the aggressor country of russia is using either its own or weapons of North Korean origin in the war against Ukraine, and there are almost no Iranian ones.
