Trump furious over russian strikes on Ukraine, which are taking place against background of his calls for ceasefire - media
The continuous air attacks of the aggressor country of russia on Ukraine have angered US President Donald Trump, who is insisting on a ceasefire.
An unnamed Trump administration official told the Axios portal about this.
An Axios interlocutor reported on condition of anonymity that Trump is increasingly angry over the actions of russia, which is increasing the escalation, despite the American leader's calls for a ceasefire.
"Trump's fury is increasing," the official said.
Recall that on the night of March 7, the army of the aggressor country of russia carried out a massive air attack on Ukraine, using dozens of missiles of various types and almost two hundred drones.
In the morning, Ukrainian Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko said that the target of the russian attack was energy and gas infrastructure.
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, air defense systems shot down 34 missiles and 100 drones. Another ten missiles and several dozen drones failed to reach their targets.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, a few hours after the missile attack, US President Trump threatened russia with strong sanctions if russian dictator vladimir putin refused to sit at the negotiating table.
