Russia strikes Ukraine's energy and gas infrastructure - Halushchenko
On the night of March 7, 2025, russia launched a massive strike on Ukraine, targeting energy and gas infrastructure facilities.
Ukrainian Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko reported that russian troops attacked various regions of the country using missiles and drones.
Energy workers and rescuers are working to eliminate the consequences of the shelling in order to restore electricity and gas supplies.
Halushchenko stressed that russia is trying to harm ordinary Ukrainians by depriving them of light and heat. He urged citizens to stay in shelters and monitor official reports, as the situation can change quickly.
According to information, russia used Kalibr cruise missiles launched from the Black Sea, as well as Tu-95MS strategic bombers.
As a reminder, on Thursday, March 5, russia took its Kalibr missile carriers to the Black Sea after a break.
