Türkiye will help rebuild Ukraine. First tenders will be announced in spring
Ukraine is strengthening contacts with Türkiye on the reconstruction of infrastructure after the war. Recently, the Ukrainian side handed over documents on projects planned for 2025 to Turkish partners. Tenders for the implementation of urgent initiatives will be announced in April-May.

It is reported that representatives of the Turkish Embassy in Kyiv met with the leadership of the State Agency for Development and Reconstruction of Infrastructure under the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine. The current projects of Turkish companies in Ukraine were discussed, as well as the prospects for further cooperation.
According to Ukrainian officials, the key areas for 2025 are the renovation and construction of checkpoints on highways, as well as the creation of a unified system of toll roads throughout the country. In addition, the package of planned projects includes initiatives in the energy sector, social housing and water supply systems.
Last week, as part of an official visit, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara. The Turkish leader confirmed the readiness of Turkish companies to participate in the reconstruction of Ukraine after the war.
"I sincerely believe that with the achievement of peace, our relations will reach an even higher level of strategic partnership," Erdogan said at the time.
Recall that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy advocated involving Türkiye in negotiations to end the war.
