Air defense forces shoot down 6 cruise missiles and 133 strike UAVs over Ukraine
On the night of February 25, russian terrorists attacked Ukraine with 213 Shahed strike UAVs and various types of simulator drones from the following directions: Oryol, Bryansk, Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk. The enemy also struck with 7 Kh-101 cruise missiles from Tu-95MS strategic aircraft.

The air force, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Air Forces and the Defense Forces of Ukraine were involved in repelling the air attack.
As of 11:00 a.m., it was confirmed that 6 Kh-101 cruise missiles and 133 Shahed attack UAVs and drones of other types were shot down in the Poltava, Sumy, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv and Dnipropetrovsk Regions.
79 enemy simulator drones were lost in location (without negative consequences).
The Kyiv and Zhytomyr Regions suffered as a result of the enemy attack.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of January 25, the russians attacked Sumy with Shaheds, as a result of which a high-rise building was damaged and a person was injured.
