Spanish Prime Minister to visit Kyiv on 3rd anniversary of full-scale war

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez announced a visit to Kyiv on February 24, the third anniversary of russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

He reported this on the social network X.

"On Monday, I will be in Kyiv to reaffirm Spain's support for Ukrainian democracy and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy," the message said.

Recall that Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda is planning a visit to Ukraine on the eve of the third anniversary of the start of the full-scale russian invasion.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, meanwhile, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, during a telephone conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, called the suspension of elections during the war justified in light of statements by US President Donald Trump.
