Attack on residential building in Kherson. Rescuers suspend clearing of rubble due to threat of shelling

On the night of February 20, russian occupiers hit a 10-story residential building in Kherson with a guided aerial bomb. There are injuries, people may still be trapped under the rubble.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU).

The russian guided aerial bomb partially destroyed the building. At least 6 people were previously injured, including 2 children.

Two people were rescued, they were taken out of the blocked apartments through the balconies using a ladder truck.

At 10:37 a.m., rescuers reported that they had suspended the clearing of rubble.

"The clearing of rubble in Kherson has been suspended due to the threat of repeated shelling. The State Emergency Service personnel are in shelter!" the message says.

It is likely that people are trapped under the rubble.

As a reminder, the enemy continues the energy terror of the Odesa Region for the second night in a row. During the massive attack, the DTEK Odesa Grids energy facility was again attacked.
