U.S. President Donald Trump's special enoy for Ukraine and russia Keith Kellogg is preparing options for a plan to end russia's war against Ukraine to present to Trump.

According to the resource, Kellogg told U.S. allies that he was preparing plans to end the war, but denied reports that he would do so at this week's Munich Security Conference.
