U.S. President Donald Trump's special enoy for Ukraine and russia Keith Kellogg is preparing options for a plan to end russia's war against Ukraine to present to Trump.

According to the resource, Kellogg told U.S. allies that he was preparing plans to end the war, but denied reports that he would do so at this week's Munich Security Conference.

"Russia-Ukraine envoy Keith Kellogg told US allies in recent meetings he is preparing options for ending the war in Ukraine to present to Trump," Semafor was informed by three Western officials familiar with the negotiations.

At one of the meetings, Kellogg said that he intended to meet and coordinate his actions with officials from all NATO countries.
