Russian army does not have the resources to attack in the south – Bratchuk
The russian army does not have the ability to form strike groups for a large-scale offensive in the south of the country.
The spokesman of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army Serhii Bratchuk reported this as part of the United News marathon.
However, the enemy continues to strike at the Dnieper Islands and critical infrastructure of the region.
"The Russian army does not have the ability to form strike groups for a large-scale offensive in the south. The occupiers continue to attack the islands, strike at critical infrastructure and the civilian population. The enemy uses terror tactics to put pressure on the military and civilians. At the same time, there are no cardinal changes on the front - no advance of Russian troops has been recorded," – Bratchuk reported.
It should be noted that the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) stated that the advance of russian invaders near Toretsk, Pokrovsk and Velyka Novosilka is being recorded.
On February 2, the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced that the army of the aggressor country, russia, got into a "fire bag" in the village of Velyka Novosilka, Donetsk Region.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on February 9, a total of 99 combat clashes took place at the front, with the enemy attacking the most on the Pokrovsk axis (33 clashes) and in the Kursk Oblast of the russian federation (18 clashes).
