Air Force strikes russian command post in Kursk Oblast
On Monday, February 3, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a command post of the aggressor country of russia in the village of Novoivanovka in the Kursk Oblast.
This was announced in a statement by the General Staff.
As reported, this command post was located on the territory of an abandoned building and was used to coordinate the offensive actions of russian troops against Ukrainian defenders in the Kursk Axis. As a result of the operation, the facility suffered significant damage, which led to significant losses among enemy personnel.
The General Staff emphasized that, thanks to carefully planned actions, it was possible to minimize risks to civilians.
"Our goal is to destroy all key command posts and other military facilities of the enemy until the complete cessation of russian aggression," the General Staff summarized.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the losses of russian troops on February 3 increased by 1,270 to 842,930 people, and Ukrainian defenders over the past day destroyed 18 tanks, 24 armored combat vehicles, 66 artillery systems, and 92 drones.
Also, according to the General Staff, on February 3, 110 combat clashes took place at the front, the hottest Axis was Pokrovsk, where 38 clashes took place over the course of the day.
