Medical evacuation plane crashes in US – media

A Lear 55 light-engine medical plane crashed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, causing fires and damage to residential buildings.

According to the AP agency portal, the aircraft disappeared from radar 30 seconds after takeoff. There were six people on board: two pilots, two doctors, a patient and her family member.

All six people on board were from Mexico. According to Jet Rescue spokesman Shai Gold, the child was being treated in Philadelphia for a life-threatening condition and was being transported home. The flight's final destination was Tijuana after a stop in Missouri.

The patient and her mother were on board along with four crew members.

The crash caused fires that damaged residential buildings and a gas pipeline in the area of ​​the crash. There is currently no information about any injuries among residents.

This accident occurred just a few days after another aviation incident – ​​the collision of an American Airlines passenger plane with a Black Hawk military helicopter.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on Wednesday evening, January 29, a plane crash occurred near Ronald Reagan Airport in Washington, resulting in the deaths of 67 people.
