Defense forces hit russian UAV control point - General Staff

Over the past 24 hours, on January 25, 167 combat clashes were recorded at the front. The Defense Forces of the Armed Forces stopped 52 assault operations in the Pokrovsk Axis, the russians attacked 33 times in Kramatorsk. The UAV control point of the russian invaders was hit.

This is stated in the summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Thus, the enemy carried out 65 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements and dropped 113 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it carried out more than 5,000 shelling, including 104 from MLRS and involved 1969 kamikaze drones for strikes.

Meanwhile, the missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces hit four areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment and one UAV control point of the russian invaders.

In the Kupyansk Axis, 9 attacks by the invaders took place during the day. The Defense Forces repelled the enemy's assault actions near Petropavlivka, Pishchane, Hlushkivka and Lozova.

In the Lyman Axis, the enemy attacked 26 times. It tried to wedge into the defense near the settlements of Tverdokhlibove, Novoserhiyivka, Shyykivka, Nova Kruhliakivka, Druzheliubivka, Hrekivka, Pershotravneve, Kopanky and in the directions of Novolubivka, Makiyivka, Zelena Dolyna and Torske.

In the Siversk Axis, the enemy carried out 1 attack in the Verkhniokamyanka area.

In the Kramatorsk Axis, the invaders attacked 33 times in the areas of the settlements of Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Novomarkove, Chasiv Yar, Stupochky, Predtechyne and Bila Hora.

In the Toretsk Axis, the enemy carried out ten attacks in the area of ​​the settlement of Toretsk.

In the Pokrovsk Axis, our defenders stopped 52 assault actions of the aggressor towards the settlements of Vodiane Druhe,Yelyzavetivka, Myroliubivka, Promin, Zelene, Udachne, Novooleksandrivka, Kotlyne, Bohdanivka, Andriyivka, Shevchenko, Dachne, Ulakly, Kostiantynopolske and in the directions of Pokrovsk, Vidrodzhennia and Uspenivka.

In the Novopavlivka Axis, the Defense Forces repelled 9 russian attacks. The occupiers most actively tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Novosilka, Novodarivka, Kostiantynopil and Velyka Novosilka.

The Defense Forces are making efforts to prevent the enemy from advancing deep into Ukrainian territory, successfully repelling 2 enemy assaults in the Prydniprovsk Axis.

In the Orikhiv, Huliaipole and Kharkiv Axes over the past day, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.

The Defense Forces of Ukraine continue the operation in the Kursk Oblast. Yesterday, the russian invaders carried out 33 air strikes, dropped 57 anti-aircraft missiles, and carried out 292 artillery shelling. Ukrainian defenders repelled 16 assault actions of the aggressor.

No signs of enemy offensive formations were detected in the Volyn and Polissa Axis.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of January 26, as a result of a drone attack, an oil refinery in the Ryazan Oblast is likely on fire. Footage posted online confirms a fire at the facility, but there is currently no official confirmation.
