Russia claims attack on Ryazan oil refinery
Overnight into January 26, an oil refinery in the Ryazan Oblast is likely on fire as a result of a drone attack. Footage posted online confirms a fire at the facility, but there is currently no official confirmation.

Thus, it is claimed that footage posted by eyewitnesses indicates that an oil refinery in Ryazan, owned by the Ryazan Oil Refining Company, is likely on fire again after the attack. It is stated that this is the second attack on the plant in the past two days.
The publication published footage of the fire, which is being distributed in local media and chat rooms, and stated that it illustrates a fire in the area of the plant, but given that the previous attack on the same facility was on the night of January 24, it is difficult to confirm the date of the shooting.
At the same time, the governor of the Ryazan Oblast, Pavel Malkov, confirmed the attack on the region and stated that drones were allegedly destroyed over the territory of the Ryazan Oblast. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties, and material damage is being assessed.
