Private house in Kyiv Region damaged by russian missile strike, 1 person injured
A private residential building was damaged in the Kyiv Region as a result of a russian missile strike on December 31, and a woman was injured.
The State Emergency Service announced this on its Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"In one of the districts of the region, a private residential building was partially destroyed after enemy shelling," the report says.
It is noted that a woman born in 1975 was injured in the attack.
Emergency and rescue operations have already been completed.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the morning of Tuesday, December 31, an air alert was declared in Kyiv and several regions of Ukraine due to the threat of missile strikes from the aggressor country, the russian federation. A missile launch from the northern direction was recorded.
As a result of the missile strike on Kyiv, debris was recorded falling in the Darnytskyi District.
3 private buildings and 2 cars were damaged in the capital.
Also on Tuesday, the russians launched a missile strike on the Shostka community of the Sumy Region - infrastructure facilities were destroyed, high-rise buildings, 2 educational institutions, 3 boiler rooms, a clinic, and a dormitory were damaged.
