The mayor of Shostka, Mykola Noha, has reported this.
"Today, on December 31, the enemy launched a missile strike on the territory of the Shostka community," the message says.
It is indicated that some infrastructure facilities were destroyed. 12 high-rise residential buildings, 2 educational institutions, a clinic, a dormitory and other social facilities were damaged.
