Rada dismisses MP Boiko from human rights committee

The Verkhovna Rada has dismissed Yurii Boiko, the head of the Platform for Life and Peace parliamentary group, from the position of a member of the committee on human rights, deoccupation and reintegration of temporarily occupied territories, national minorities and interethnic relations.

A total of 258 votes were cast for draft resolution No. 12335 as a whole, with the minimum required 226.

Yaroslav Zhelezniak, a Member of Parliament from the Holos faction, announced this on his Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

Just yesterday, the relevant resolution was defeated at a meeting of the Rada - 217 parliamentarians voted "for".
