"The decision of the investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated 10/31/2024 is to be left unchanged," the court decision states.
The appeal against the seizure of property was considered on December 4.

The court seized UAH 5 million and USD 5 million found in the possession of the head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC, Krupa. The criminal case on suspicion of the head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC, a member of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council from the Servant of the People Krupa in illegal enrichment was transferred to the the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NACB). Tetiana Krupa's lawyer Anzhelika Moisieieva filed an appeal against the decision of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv, which chose for her client a preventive measure in the form of detention with the alternative of posting bail in the amount of UAH 500 million. According to the lawyer, such a decision is illegal, unfounded and disproportionate. The head of the MSEC Krupa was sent to custody with the possibility of posting bail of UAH 500 million. Later, the amount of bail was reduced to UAH 280 million.
