The border guards have repelled the assault of the russian occupation army on the Vovchansk axis. The battle with the invaders lasted more than two hours.

With the help of aerial reconnaissance and comrades from neighboring positions, the border guards destroyed two armored fighting vehicles of the russians, and only two occupants, who were captured, remained alive.

The remaining 12 attack aircraft were destroyed by fighters of the Kramatorsk border detachment.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on Saturday, November 16, Ukrainian defenders eliminated another 1,640 russian soldiers, 12 tanks and 36 artillery systems.
