- to demand from the russian federation the implementation of the resolution of the IAEA General Conference of September 20, 2024 "Nuclear safety, security and guarantees in Ukraine", which, in particular, calls for the immediate withdrawal of military and other personnel of the russian federation from the territory of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant and confirms that Ukrainian nuclear power plants and facilities must function safely and reliably under the full sovereign control of the Ukrainian authorities;
- support Ukraine's consent to the use of long-range Western-made weapons to strike all legitimate military targets on the territory of the russian federation, from which the Ukrainian military, civilian population and critical infrastructure objects are attacked.
Among the authors is the Presidium of the Parliament: Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk, his first deputy Oleksandr Kornienko and his deputy Olena Kondratiuk.
