Russia attacked Ukraine with record number of drones that night. How many were shot down?

On the night of November 10, the aggressor country russia attacked Ukraine with a record number of UAVs - Shaheds and unmanned aerial vehicles of an unknown type.

It was reported by the Air Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The russians launched drones from the regions of Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Oryol, Bryansk (russia) and Cape Chauda (occupied Crimea).

Drones were shot down in the Odesa, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk Regions.

In some regions, air raid alarms sounded twice a night for several hours.

A total of 62 drones were shot down. Another 67 enemy UAVs were lost. 10 drones left the airspace of Ukraine in the direction of Moldova, Belarus and russia. There were a total of 145 drones — this is a kind of "record" of launched drones in one night.

The air attack was repulsed by anti-aircraft missile troops, aviation, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Forces and Defense Forces of Ukraine.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the U.S. is sending over 500 interceptor missiles to Ukraine for the Patriot and NASAMS air defense systems. They will provide Ukraine's air defense needs until the end of the current year.
