After November 15, updated reservation rules will be presented - Shmyhal
After November 15, updated reservation rules from mobilization to the army will be introduced.
This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal in the Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"An audit of the list of critical enterprises must be conducted by November 15. While this audit is in progress, those whose reservation is currently expiring, who were reserved before May 31 of this year, can continue their reservation. Based on the results of the audit, updated rules will be presented, which should give this necessary balance," he said.
Shmyhal emphasized that a fair and transparent reservation system is one of the important issues for business and the government must find a balance between a working economy and the needs of the Defense Forces, so that key specialists can work and frontline defenders receive the necessary rotation.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in October, the Cabinet of Ministers instructed to review the list of critical enterprises due to the increase in the number of those reserved. According to the media, the decision was made because Zelenskyy was outraged by the reservation from the mobilization of 1.5 million people.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy instructed Shmyhal to work on a petition for the release of children's coaches from mobilization.
