At least 10 russian Shaheds flow into Belarus at night, air defense and aviation worked - Gayun

Overnight into November 1, at least 10 Shaheds of the aggressor state of russia flew into the territory of Belarus. In the Mozyr district, air defense worked on UAVs, and the country also raised a fighter jet.

This was announced by the Belarusian Gayun monitoring.

"On the night from October 31 to November 1, at least 10 Russian kamikaze drones of the Shahed type flew into Belarus from Ukraine. The drones passed through the Slavutych-Prypyat "corridor", flew in the Loyev district, flew over 120 km in the south of Belarus and returned to Ukraine through Ovruch," the message reads.

It is indicated that the first entry was at 11:51 p.m. through Slavutych towards Komarin, further entries were at 00:09 a.m., 00:41 a.m., 01:08 a.m., 01:17 a.m. and 01:52 a.m.

At the same time, in a number of cases, a group of Shaheds entered at once, in which there could be both 2 and 4+ Shaheds, therefore, according to the monitoring, the number of 10 units per night is minimal.

It is indicated that a group of UAVs entered Belarus at 01:17 a.m. and moved to Mozyr, what happened to them next is unknown.

"However, Belarusian Gayun found out that around 2:00 a.m., anti-aircraft defense was working on Shaheds in the Mozyr district - they probably could have shot down several of them," the monitoring stated.

Also, at 01:40 a.m., a fighter jet was launched from the Baranovichi airfield, which flew in the southeast until 3:30 in the morning.

At the same time, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, three UAVs flew to Belarus overnight. We will remind, on the night of November 1, the russian occupiers attacked with guided aerial bombs, 3 guided aerial missiles Kh-59/69, as well as 48 Shaheds and unmanned aerial vehicles of an unknown type. Air defense forces destroyed 31 enemy drones and 1 guided aerial missile Kh-59/69, the rest did not reach their targets.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the cases of Shaheds flying to Belarus during the night attacks of the russian federation on Ukraine are not isolated. In particular, on the night of October 30, at least one russian Shahed flew into the territory of Belarus. A fighter jet was raised to intercept it.
