Ukrainian military shoots down all drones that flew to Kyiv at night – Kyiv Administration

On the night of Thursday, October 31, the russian occupiers again directed attack drones at Kyiv, all enemy drones that threatened the capital were destroyed, and there were no casualties.

This is stated in the message of the Kyiv City Military Administration with reference to the statement of the head of the Administration Serhii Popko, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

The head of the military administration noted that this night was the twentieth air attack on Kyiv in October.

The armed forces of the russian federation again used attack drones.

Unmanned aerial vehicles entered Kyiv in waves from different directions.

The air raid alert in the capital was announced twice during the night and lasted a total of two and a half hours.

"All Russian drones that threatened Kyiv were neutralized by the forces and means of air defense and electronic warfare," Popko said.

In the Podilskyi District of the city, debris from downed UAVs fell, causing a fire in an open area.

Windows in two two-story residential buildings and one administrative building were also damaged.

According to preliminary information, there is damage to a high-voltage power line.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of Thursday, russian troops launched 12 missiles of various types and 43 drones (Shahed type and unidentified type) on the territory of Ukraine, the air defense forces managed to destroy 2 Kh-59/69 guided air missiles and 17 drones, another 23 drones were lost in location.
