In Kyiv, as a result of an enemy drone attack on the night of Monday, October 21, one person was injured due to falling debris. A fire also broke out in the capital, which has already been contained by firefighters.
Kyiv City Mayor Vitaly Klitschko has announced this.
According to the Mayor, the roof of a private residential building caught fire as a result of falling debris in the Solomianskyi District.
"The fire was promptly contained. One victim was treated by medics on the spot," he said.
In addition, the Mayor added that a window and wall decoration in a 9-story residential building were damaged by debris in the Holosiivskyi District of the capital.
"There is no fire. There are no casualties," informed the mayor.
As the Kyiv City Military Administration clarified, in the Solomianskyi District, medics recorded facial burns on the injured man.
"The victim refused hospitalization," the administration said.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the aggressor country russia has not fired a single cruise or ballistic missile over Ukraine in a week, which may mean the depletion of available reserves or preparations for a massive strike on Ukraine's energy facilities.
