The Kyiv Court of Appeals has seized some assets of the businessman, former co-owner of PrivatBank, president of the Jewish community of Dnipro, Hennadii Boholiubov, as part of the criminal case related to Ihor Kolomoiskyi.

These are companies in which Boholiubov and Kolomoiskyi had their shares.
At the request of the Bureau of Economic Security, the Kyiv Court of Appeal imposed a seizure on corporate rights of the following:

In addition, according to court documents, the Proton-21 company was involved in the money laundering scheme of PrivatBank together with the United Jewish Community of Ukraine.
Earlier, the SBI declared Boholiubov wanted on charges of illegal departure from Ukraine using another person's passport.
He left for abroad on the night of June 24 by the Kyiv- Chełm train.
The reason for the escape was that the Bureau of Economic Security was preparing a suspicion against him in the case of PrivatBank.
The businessman is 62 years old, that is, he is not liable for military service and can legally cross the border.
In 1990, Boholiubov went into business together with his friend Ihor Kolomoiskyi.
In 1992, Boholiubov became one of the founders of PrivatBank.
Later, together with several partners, he created a large business group, which received the unofficial name Privat (from the name of the bank).
In 2021, according to Forbes, Boholiubov fortune was USD 1.7 billion.
After the nationalization of PrivatBank, Boholiubov and Kolomoiskyi became the object of numerous legal investigations related to the withdrawal of funds from the bank and other financial frauds.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in July Boholiubov, who had traveled abroad, said that he did not know whether he would return to Ukraine, after the SBI notified him in absentia of the suspicion of illegal border crossing on June 24.
