Russian army attacks industrial facility in Ternopil Region. Large-scale fire breaks out

On the night of Wednesday, October 16, russian occupiers attacked an industrial facility in the Ternopil Region, causing a large-scale fire.

This was announced by the head of the Regional Military Administration Vyacheslav Nehoda in Telegram.

"During the night attack, the enemy struck one of the industrial facilities in the region, as a result of which a large-scale fire broke out," the message reads.

45 rescuers on 12 units of special equipment and 12 policemen on 4 units of special equipment were involved in eliminating the consequences of the attack.

"Thanks to the coordinated and professional actions of the employees of the State Emergency Service and the National Police, the fire was quickly localized and extinguished. There were no casualties or injuries," Nehoda summarized.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, russian troops attacked Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs in the evening of October 15.

Meanwhile, in Kyiv, over the Troeshchyna neighborhood, the air defense shot down russian drones.
