Russia keeps 3 ships on combat duty in Black Sea, including 2 missile carriers - Navy
As of 06:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 15, russia has 3 ships on combat duty in the Black Sea, 2 of which are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 8 missiles, there are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov.
The command of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on the Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"There are 3 enemy ships in the Black Sea, 2 of them are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 8 missiles; there are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov; in the Mediterranean Sea - 3 enemy ships, of which 2 are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 12 missiles," the message says.
During the day, in the interests of the russian federation, passage through the Kerch Strait was carried out by:
- to the Black Sea – 5 vessels, of which 2 continued their movement in the direction of the Bosphorus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov - 5 ships, of which 1 was heading from the Bosphorus Strait.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on October 14, 2 russian missile carriers were in the Black Sea, and there were no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov.
