Budanov personally carried out "clearing" of Vovchansk Aggregate Plant from occupiers – Defense Intelligence

The head of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, personally took part in a special operation to break into the Vovchansk Aggregate Plant in the Kharkiv Region.

The Defense Intelligence has announced this, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

"It is no secret to anyone that Kyrylo Oleksiiovych Budanov often directly participates in operations. Specifically, in this operation, he was with us at a key moment, at a key stage. He was present for several days, directly managing the mission. Of course, this supports the fighters, gives give them motivation," said scout Linuks.

He told the previously unknown details of the liberation of the Vovchansk Aggregate Plant.

The commander of the Stuhna unit of the Tymura special unit of the Defense Intelligence stated that an important stage of the mission was the accumulation of our forces and means in the area of ​​the combat mission, imperceptible to the enemy.

"This is just a classic of operations for special forces. This is a complex multi-stage operation, for the implementation of which large forces were involved: both unmanned systems, and artillery, and personnel who have experience in clearing such buildings. So this was a task for us, and we fulfilled it completely," said the scout.

According to him, one of the important factors during the implementation of the mission was clear coordination between the groups of the Tymura special unit involved in the assault - Stuhna, Parahon, Yunher, RDK, BDK, Teror.

"Each of these groups had their own specifics of work, and in general it was possible to maintain this coordination. This is always important in any units," said Linuks.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the head of the Defense Intelligence, Kyrylo Budanov, may soon be replaced.
