NBU updates list of services of PROSTIR National Payment System and their tariffs

The National Bank of Ukraine has comprehensively revised the list of services of the PROSTIR National Payment System, updated the structure and tariffs for them.

This is stated in the message of the NBU, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

In particular, the National Bank:

- updated the names of part of the system services;

- combined individual services of the system, which will contribute to the optimization and simplification of business processes;

- excluded a number of irrelevant services, in particular for operations using electronic money (from April 2023, the permission to issue electronic money of PROSTIR NPS was canceled) and services of the processing center of the National Bank;

- reviewed tariffs for system services taking into account their cost level and market conditions.

Changes to the tariffs for the services of PROSTIR NPS were approved by the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated September 23, 2024 No. 116 On Amendments to Certain Regulatory Acts of the National Bank of Ukraine and will take effect from November 26, 2024.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the National Bank performs the functions of payment organization, operator, central router, settlement and clearing center and settlement bank of PROSTIR NPS.
