143 combat clashes take place on front during day, most - on Kurakhove axis - General Staff

On September 12, 143 combat clashes took place at the front, the most attacks were recorded on the Kurakhove (62 clashes) and Pokrovsk (36 clashes) axes.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on its Facebook page, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

Yesterday, the enemy launched a missile strike against the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements using an Iskander-M missile, as well as 80 airstrikes, in particular, dropping 117 guided aerial missiles.

Besides, the enemy launched 4,323 shots, 167 of them from multiple launch rocket systems.

On September 12, 143 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded at the front.

Over the past day, the aviation and missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces hit a pontoon crossing of the occupiers, a control post, one air defense means, 8 guns in firing positions, 11 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment and two other important objects of the russian invaders.

In total, the losses of the russian occupiers on September 12 amounted to 1,220 people.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on September 11, 105 combat clashes took place on the front, the hottest axis was Pokrovsk, where 30 clashes took place during the day, and the enemy actively attacked on the Kurakhove (23 clashes) and Kupiansk (16 clashes) axes.
