Rada appoints Koval as Minister of Agrarian Policy

The Verkhovna Rada has appointed Vitalii Koval as Minister of Agrarian Policy.

Member of Parliament from the Holos faction, Yaroslav Zhelezniak, announced this on his Telegram channel, Ukrainian News reports.

A total of 251 deputies voted for the draft resolution No. 12014, out of the minimum required 226.

From November 22, 2023 to September 5, 2024, Koval held the position of head of the State Property Fund, previously he held the post of the head of the Rivne Regional State Administration.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on May 9, the Verkhovna Rada dismissed the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Mykola Solskyi.
