Ukreximbank closing branches in UK and US

The State Export-Import Bank (Ukreximbank, Kyiv) is closing its representative offices in the United Kingdom and the United States.

This is stated in the issuer's notification in the disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

The relevant decisions were made by the bank's supervisory board on August 30.

Branches are closed to optimize operating costs.

Other details are not reported.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, 100% of the shares of Ukreximbank PJSC are state-owned.
