Emergency personnel shows consequences of night attack of russians on Kyiv

On the night of September 2, the air defense forces repelled another russian air attack, during which the enemy also targeted Kyiv. Emergency personnel worked in 3 districts of the capital to eliminate the consequences of shelling and showed footage from the locations.

This is stated in the message of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

"This morning, the residents of Kyiv once again woke up to the sound of explosions. These shots show the work of the capital's rescuers during the liquidation of the consequences of another Russian attack," the report says.

It is noted that the emergency workers worked in three districts of the capital: Sviatoshynskyi, Holosiivskyi and Shevchenkivskyi.

In addition, as a result of enemy strikes, three people were injured, one person was hospitalized.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of September 2, 2024, the russians carried out an air attack using 58 air targets, including 16 ballistic missiles, 14 cruise missiles, 4 anti-aircraft guided missiles, 1 missile of an unknown type and 23 Shahed-131/136 attack UAVs.

In particular, air defense shot down more than 20 missiles over Kyiv, half of them ballistic. Debris fell in three districts of the capital.
