26 successful auctions for sale of assets of bankrupt banks for UAH 125.6 million held in July
During July, 371 auctions for the sale of assets of banks liquidated by the Deposit Guarantee Fund were announced in the Prozorro.Sales system.
This is stated in the message of the Deposit Guarantee Fund, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
26 auctions for the sale of assets of 7 banks were successful.
The amount of successful trades made UAH 125.6 million.
96% of this amount - UAH 120.7 million - was the sale of claim rights for loans that were on the banks' balance sheets.
The rest was the sale of real estate (UAH 2.1 million), fixed assets (UAH 1.3 million), land plots (over UAH 1.0 million), coins (UAH 0.3 million) and transport (UAH 0.1 million).
Statistics of successful auctions at the end of the month by banks:
PJSC BANK FORWARD - UAH 79.8 million;
JSC MEGABANK - UAH 23.4 million;
JSC UKRBUDINVESTBANK - UAH 15.2 million;
JSC JSB CONCORD - more than UAH 4.7 million;
PJSC PROMINVESTBANK - UAH 1.9 million;
JSC MR BANK - UAH 0.3 million;
PJSC ChBRR - UAH 0.2 million.
To date, according to the results of successful auctions for July, payment has been received for 23 lots in the amount of UAH 109.5 million.
Funds for 3 lots, worth UAH 16.1 million, are still awaited.
If the winner of the auction refuses to transfer funds for the lot, it loses the security deposit, and the right to purchase the assets passes to the next auction participant, if there was one.
In addition, during May, banks received another UAH 0.1 million from the direct sale of assets.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the funds received from the sale of assets are directed to settlements with the creditors of the banks that are being liquidated.
Auctions for the sale of assets take place in the Prozorro.Sales electronic system.
Anyone willing can take part in the auction, except borrowers and guarantors of the loan put up for auction, as well as the russian federation or persons associated with the aggressor state.
The winner of the auction is the participant who offers the highest price for the lot.
