Ukraine receives emergency power aid from Slovakia

On Wednesday, July 14, Ukraine was supplied with emergency electricity from Slovakia.

This was reported by the press service of the Ukrenergo national energy company, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

According to the report, electricity consumption is increasing due to the heat in the southern and part of the western regions of Ukraine.

"Consumption on Thursday, August 15, as of 9:30, is 1.9% higher than yesterday. This is due to hot weather in the southern and parts of the western regions. Yesterday, August 14, the maximum consumption was recorded in the evening. It was on the same level as the previous day," the report says.
