12,058 mortgage loans for UAH 19.2 billion issued under eOselia program

Within the eOselia (eHome) program of affordable mortgage, 12,058 preferential mortgage loans totaling more than UAH 19.2 billion have been issued.

This is stated in the message of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

"12,058 Ukrainian families have taken loans worth more than UAH 19.2 billion under the government's eOselia program since its start-up. Over the past week, 170 loans totaling UAH 296 million have been issued," it was said.

It is noted that last week 82 servicemen and representatives of law enforcement agencies, 11 teachers, 21 doctors, 3 scientists, 44 families without their own housing, 6 families of internally displaced persons, and 3 veterans received preferential mortgages.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2024, it is planned to issue about 12,000 preferential mortgage loans within the framework of the eOselia affordable mortgage program.

The Verkhovna Rada allowed using the eRecovery certificate in the eOselia affordable mortgage program.

In October 2022, the government launched the eOselia affordable mortgage program.
