AFU destroy 1,160 invaders, 22 armored vehicles and 36 artillery systems. General Staff reports losses of russians for day

The losses of the aggressor country of the russian federation on the front in Ukraine during the last day from August 12 to 13 amounted to 1,160 russian soldiers, 36 artillery systems and an air defense system.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has stated this in its operational update on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 08/13/24 approximately amounted to:

• personnel - about 593,160 (+1,160) persons were eliminated;
• tanks – 8,455 (+5) units;
• armored combat vehicles - 16,385 (+17) units;
• artillery systems - 16,764 (+36) units;
• MLRS – 1,146 units;
• air defense equipment - 920 (+1) units;
• aircraft - 366 units;
• helicopters - 328 units;
• UAVs of operational-tactical level - 13,491 (+19) units;
• cruise missiles – 2,426 units;
• ships/boats - 28 units;
• submarines - 1 unit;
• motor vehicles and tank trucks - 22,649 (+59) units;
• special equipment – 2,806 (+5) units.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on Sunday, August 11, the Defense Forces destroyed another 1,080 russian invaders. In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the aggressor country russia has lost about 592,000 in personnel.
