Raiffeisen Bank’s net profit up 38% to UAH 4.3 billion in H1

In the first half of 2024, Raiffeisen Bank's net profit amounted to UAH 4.3 billion, up 38% year over year (UAH 3.12 billion).

This follows from a statement by the bank, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

The bank's assets increased by 10% since the beginning of the year and reached UAH 208.6 billion at the end of June.

Its liabilities to clients also increased to UAH 186.7 billion, showing an 8.6% increase in six months.

Client funds rose by 11.4% to UAH 174.3 billion.

The amount of taxes and fees that Raiffeisen Bank will pay is UAH 2.43 billion.

In the first half of the year, Raiffeisen Bank's domestic government loan bonds portfolio increased by UAH 2.2 billion to UAH 27.4 billion.

The capital adequacy ratio is 21.3%, with a minimum level of 10% set by the regulator.

The coefficient of net stable financing was 219.76% at a standard of 100%.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, since October 2005, Raiffeisen Bank has been part of the foreign banking group Raiffeisen Bank International AG (Austria).

At the end of March 2021, RBI Group owned 68.26% of the shares of Raiffeisen Bank, another 30% - the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

In June 2021, Raiffeisen Bank Aval was renamed Raiffeisen Bank.
