Former Prime Minister of Great Britain Boris Johnson is sure that Donald Trump, if elected as the new President of the United States, will be decisive in supporting Ukraine.
Johnson wrote about this on the X social network, talking about his meeting with Trump, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"It's nice to meet President Trump, who is in great shape after the shameful attempt on his life. We discussed Ukraine, and I have no doubt that he will be strong and determined in supporting this country and protecting democracy," he wrote.
Johnson attached a photo with Trump to this post, showing Trump with a medical plaster on his ear after a recent assassination attempt.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said earlier that he is not afraid of Donald Trump's possible presidency in the United States.
Zelenskyy also said that Trump should come up with his plan to quickly end the war with the aggressor state of russia, and that any proposal should not violate the nation's sovereignty.
During a rally in the state of Pennsylvania, a man shot several times at Donald Trump, who was speaking on stage. One of the bullets hit the presidential candidate's earlobe.
