"I'm on the horse." Biden says he is ready for another debate with Trump in September

The President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, is ready to hold another debate with the presidential candidate Donald Trump in September.

He said this in an interview with the American television channel NBC News.

Biden was asked if he would be ready for the debate if it were held in a few weeks.

"I will have a debate with him when we agree on it. And I have agreed to a debate with him in September," Biden said.

Responding to a journalist's question whether he has a "desire to get back on the horse", Biden replied that he is already "on the horse".

"Where have you been? I've held 22 big events, met thousands of people, amazing crowds. A lot is happening. I'm on the horse. I'm going out and showing the American people that I have all my abilities, that I don't need notes," Biden emphasized.

It will be recalled that earlier Biden explained his unsuccessful performance at the debate with Trump by the fact that he felt bad after a series of flights and changing time zones.

According to the American media, influential Democrats sent a letter to Biden with a request to withdraw from the election.
