Russia withdraws Kalibr carrier ships from Black Sea
As of 06:30 a.m., Friday, July 5, the aggressor country russia had 3 ships on combat duty in the Sea of Azov, there were no enemy ships in the Black Sea.
The command of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on the Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"There are no enemy ships in the Black Sea. In the Sea of Azov, there are 3 enemy ships, there are no Kalibr cruise missiles carriers. In the Mediterranean Sea, there are 2 enemy ships, 2 of which are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles, with a total salvo of up to 24 missiles," the statement says.
During the day, in the interests of the russian federation, the following carried out the passage through the Kerch Strait:
- to the Black Sea - 4 ships, of which 1 continued its movement in the direction of the Bosphorus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov - 8 ships, of which 3 were moving from the Bosphorus Strait.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on July 4, russia kept 1 missile-carrying ship on combat duty in the Black Sea, and 1 ship in the Sea of Azov, which was not a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles.
