Night attack by kamikaze drones. 19 out of 21 Shaheds downed over Ukraine

Overnight into Wednesday, June 19, the russian invaders attacked Ukraine with 21 attack UAVs of the Shahed-131/136 type, 19 drones were destroyed.

This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Telegram.

"As a result of combat work, 19 enemy attack UAVs of the Shahed type were shot down in the Kherson, Mykolaiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, Khmelnytskyi and Lviv Regions," the message reads.

It is reported that the occupiers launched drones from Primorsko-Akhtarsk (russia) and Cape Chauda (temporarily occupied Crimea).

The air attack was repelled by fighter aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units and EW of the Air Force, as well as mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of Wednesday, June 19, russian UAVs attacked Lviv. One person was injured.
