Verkhovna Rada, territorial recruitment centers, hospitals and defense industry. Cabinet determines who will avoid blackouts
The Cabinet of Ministers has determined the objects that will not be affected by power cuts.
This is stated in Cabinet Resolution No. 600.
Thus, the Cabinet of Ministers included the following objects in the list of critically important objects that should be provided with priority electricity supply:
- objects of critical infrastructure of the fuel and energy sector and the sector of the life support system;
- health care institutions of state or communal ownership;
- military units and territorial centers of recruitment and social support (in particular, facilities used for a territorial community under martial law);
- enterprises of the defense complex of Ukraine, in particular those that perform mobilization tasks for the creation, production, repair and supply of weapons, ammunition, military equipment, special components, as well as railway transport enterprises;
- enterprises whose activities are important for ensuring food, economic and/or energy security of the country, enterprises with a continuous production cycle;
- electronic communication networks:
- bodies of state power (the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet of Ministers, central bodies of executive power, law enforcement bodies (bodies of internal affairs, prosecutor's offices, SSU, facilities of the State Emergency Service).
The resolution states that the lists of critical objects are prepared and approved by regional and Kyiv city state administrations (military administrations).

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on May 26, Energoatom launched an NPP power unit after repairs.
In 2023, nuclear power plants generated 52.409 billion kWh of electricity, which is 101.6% more than the planned task.
